Third Eye Blind has so many deep cuts that I love, and "Forget Myself" is one of my favorites. It has such a great groove. The beat that Brad Hargreaves lays down is pretty groovy in and of itself, but I believe that the soul of the groove comes from Arion Salazar's bass line. He's such an amazing and underrated bassist.
I also love the vocal melodies on this one. Nothing too special or difficult but just full of emotion and groove. They are very percussive, which is kind of Stephan Jenkins' style since I believe he started as a drummer and was a rapper for a while too.
