Welcome to 2k (2000s) Ballad Week where I perform some of my favorite ballads from the very late 90s to the early-mid 2000s. It's hard to beat those classic, amazing ballads from the 80s, but there's a handful of 90s/2k ballads that really do the job IMO.
The first one is called, "Resolve," from a pretty obscure band called, Papa Vegas. I mean you can't even really stream the album this song is on, that's how obscure they are. They had one hit called, "Bombshell" from the same album before fizzling out. The only reason I had heard of them was because I was buddies with the guys from Eve 6 and Papa Vegas supported Eve 6 on parts of their tours. I think this album is amazing and never got the credit or recognition it deserved. I hope this cover helps bring an impetus to make you listen to the rest of it. If you can find it!!
