"Make Damn Sure" by Taking Back Sunday is definitely more Emo than Pop-Punk but my cover band and I love the song, so we are sneaking it into the genre lol. I'm sure it'll be one of the crowd-pleasers when we play it. It has that awesome raw energy while also having a very melancholy feel to it (which I love...I'm such an emo kid at heart haha).

When I moved back to LA from Houston in 2006, there was a handful of bands that I started listening to on the drives to and from work that really reminded me of how much life is a roller coaster ride. TBS was one of them. The Fray, Moneen, Mae, Paramore, This Providence, and a slew of others I can't remember right now really helped me get through the toughest time in my life.
So, it is with pleasure that I bring you this one. I hope y'all enjoy it!
